Costs

We recommend 1 team for every 20-25 people attending the function. Typically 15% of the attendees will make use of the service and each team will be able to conduct 4-6 transfers depending on the location of the venue to the guests homes. e.g. If you have 120 guests we could recommend 5-7 teams. Please note that if the location of the venue is a considerable distance from the drop off points please ensure you book additional teams. We always recommend offering the service on a first come first serve basis .
